Winning Outfits

May 19, 2014

The weather right now is AMAZING, I wish it could be this sunny everyday! But what I’m most excited about is getting to wear summer clothes finally!

A while back I entered the Hush Mother’s Day style competition and my mum and I were lucky enough to win. Which means we had £300 to spend at Hush and we were obviously both delighted. We split the voucher and we both got some new threads to add to our summer wardrobes!

In my original outfit I styled up I just loved this orange jumper, it looked so casual and comfy and I loved the colour. On the site they had paired it with these shorts, I just loved the look so decided to opt for these. The shorts have a really nice light feel on and also have an elasticated waistband, so are nice and stretchy after all the summer BBQ food! The colour is really nice too, easy to match with anything!

I also chose this printed strapless dress, I loved the pattern and I used to have a dress in this style and it was the comfiest thing ever! So this is exactly the same. The straps have easy ties at the back so can be adjusted to fit you. Again it’s a nice lightweight fabric and feels really good quality. I matched it with sandals and some bug eye glasses.

Here are all the pieces that we chose, my mum went for most of the items she picked out originally for the style challenge!
