You have just spent loads of money on Christmas presents and now the sales have started! Queue ‘dum dum dummmmm’ moment, what do you do? Well you can be really tempted by what’s on offer and end up spending yet again a small fortune or you can take a breath, think what you need, think what is really a good buy and also think ahead.

Yep I have decided to put together my top picks of the sales so far, by choosing items that are either so baragainous you will be gutted you missed them or so on trend for next season. Already I have picked up a few purchases myself from ASOS and River Island that will take me right through to Spring.

The top trends for Spring 2014 include florals, pastels, pleats, metallics, logos and something sheer. So with that in mind here are my top picks of the sales to help you make those necessary purchases that you won’t regret.

Ancient Greek Ikaria Sandals were £130 now £65 (they might be last season but these are amazing, I’m gutted I bought them full price now, see me wearing them on holiday in Miami here)
