So after being behind the scenes at Holly Fulton, it was time to see all the clothes on the models and walking down the runway. I was excited to see it all put together after catching glimpses of the models and the outfits all ready to go before we left backstage.
The show took place at Somerset House and I spotted on the FROW Susie Bubble and one of my favourite editors Jo Elvin of GLAMOUR magazine who was sporting a white Sophie Hulme tote bag, I like her style! As everyone bustled in it was finally time to start as the lights went down.
As I had seen backstage the clothing was very influenced by the sixties with the monochrome patterns, big oversized sunglasses and chunky shoes. I absolutely loved the embellished flowered pieces, including the dress and the skirt, everything was so detailed and perfect. Colours were bold with hints of green, red and yellow but the main influences on pieces was the black and white. The collection as a whole was feminine but had a funky edge from the geometric patterns.
