If you are looking for something to do this January then why not check out the Winter Lights Festival in Canary Wharf. The festival has over 25 light installations from the most innovative light artists across the globe and runs for 10 days until Saturday 25th January.
The majority of works are outside including the impressive Constellations which can be viewed from the dockside viewing platform, this is a light show which projects 3D visuals on a giant water screen and Pools of Light which has balls of colour floating down the water in Jubilee Park. There are also a few installations inside, if you are looking for the Seed of Life outside Waitrose, it’s actually inside the mall downstairs rather than outside the building.
It’s a great way to lighten up these dark Winter evenings and have a fun filled light trail with friends or family.
You can visit the festival between 4pm-10pm each day until 25th January at Canary Wharf, download a map here or pick one up at the event. Entry is free.
