Summer is kind of here, well it started to be lovely and warm when I was recently in Cambridge but right now outside it’s very dreary and wet, how rubbish!
Anyways weather aside, I figured I needed some brighter arm candy for the summer months and when I was sent this watch to review from Kennett watches I think I may have just found it! The watch in question is the Ladies Lady Savro. The Savro design was the first ever design that Tom Kennett designed when he started Kennett watches in 2009 and after much success the Lady Savro followed. Now during the Autumn/Winter months I have been wearing my Marc Jacobs rose gold and wine coloured watch so I loved the silver and white version of the Lady Savro for summer. Something a little brighter and perfect to go with my summer outfits.
The Lady Savro immediately caught my eye with its glittering Swarovski crystals index markers around the dial, plus the mother of pearl dial makes it a very ladylike watch. What’s unusual for a ladies watch are the 3 sub dials however, which each show 24 hour clock, minutes and seconds and there is also a date function, all which can be controlled from the pushers at the side of the crown. I really like all these little details and think they make a truly stunning watch. The strap itself is genuine leather and feels nice and soft when you have it on.
This is definitely going to be worn ALOT throughout summer so look out for it in my outfit posts. The Lady Savro is available through kennettonline.com and is priced at £270 and if white isn’t what you are after it comes in a whole host of colours, such as pink, blue and purple. Also check out their stunning set of men’s watches, perfect for a Father’s Day gift!
