Seeing Stars With Diesel

It’s finally been warm enough to put on a pair of shorts and actually wear them outside, hurrah! I am such a wimp when it comes to being cold, so I dared to bare this week and luckily it was lovely and sunny. I really wish the weather would heat up a bit more as I am dying to wear so many of my summer clothes I’ve bought. I clearly bought way too far in advance and so I have had maxi dresses, shorts and yep even a bikini sitting waiting eagerly for months now.

So when the sun got its hat on earlier this week I ventured out in my new Diesel get-up! I love these denim shorts, they are totally so comfortable and a really great fit. The stars are not printed on but made from felt and I love the frayed edges. Diesel’s new collection for summer had me seeing stars, I popped in last week and everything was covered in them, it’s pretty awesome!

I paired the shorts with a denim shirt, the sleeves are actually attached, a bit more like a cape which you can see below. It’s such a great shirt, so loose and comfortable and the denim is lightweight too so perfect for summer. I could wear this so many ways. I have it tucked in here but it’s actually quite long so you can tie it up at the front, wear it loose, wear it open, the possibilities are endless. I am a big champion of oversized shirts and this was hasn’t disappointed me. The denims work together really well as they are slightly different colours, so no fear of going too far with double denim here!

The trainers complete the look and the bright colours are so fun, they are patent, suede section, leather and mesh too! Plus the pink laces match my lipstick!
