Nip & Fab Kale Fix

Nip & Fab have launched a new skincare range this September and I was pretty excited once I found out what it was. Kale Fix is ideal for my skin, it helps to combat dry and dehydrated skin, whilst strengthening it against daily aggressors. The range is infused with kale, watercress and cucumber. Sounds good already right? I gave my skin a bit of a superfood boost and here is how I got on.

Kale Fix Make-Up Removing Pads

These pads are great for taking off your make-up but giving the skin a treat at the same time. They feel lovely on the skin, very moisturising not like it’s stripping it at all and remove make-up very well. I used a few of these to take all my make-up off as they are quite small, so you will need more than one. The kale extract helps to repair tissue underneath the skin and give it a plump effect whilst the watercress helps the skin to stay hydrated and moisturised plus allantoin encourages cell generation. These pads might be small but they are mighty.

Kale Fix Moisturiser

I really enjoyed using this moisturiser. It is a little on the thick side, but that’s great for those that have dehydrated or dry skin. I did find it a little too thick for day use, but I guess just use less if you wanted to use it during the day. At night however I loved covering face in it and felt like a real treat. Again it has kale and watercress but also the additional benefits of almond oil and shea butter, as well as aloe vera. So it is very nourishing but also soothing at the same time.

Kale Fix Clay Mask

Normally I’d run a mile from a clay mask, just because they can be very drying for my skin type, this however is designed with that in mind. It’s enriched with minerals and witch hazel which works to draw out impurities in the skin but without drying it out. It has an advanced moisture complex to help restores skins natural barrier function via increased hydration. It also has kale extract to repair tissue underneath the skin and again give that plumping effect. It feels really lovely on the skin and left it feeling nice and soft. Definitely not your usual clay mask.
