Molton Brown Summer Home Fragrance

Molton Brown recently launched their new home and linen mists, which come in four scents inspired by the Molton Brown signature eau de toilettes and complement the existing collection of candles and aroma reeds.

The home and linen mists are available in Pink Pepperpod, Gingerlily, Ylang-Ylang and also Orange & Bergamot. I decided to choose Orange & Bergamot as I think it is such a lovely fragrance for summer. With zesty tones of mandarin, lemon and orange, it has such an uplifting scent to fill a room. Of course this collection comes in the beautiful yellow Molton Brown boxes, which instantly screams summer to me.

As much as I love a winter candle, some of my favourite candle scents are more suited to summer. The Molton Brown Orange & Bergamot candle comes in a bright yellow case, great for adding a pop of colour to a room and will fill up your room with scent pretty quickly, but without being too over powering.

The same goes for the aroma reeds, there is a really good amount of product and the reeds pick up the scent easily but again without knocking you out as you walk in the door. I have placed this in our living room and the scent is just so fresh and fruity and I love it.

I’ve never been one to own a home & linen mist, but now I see why they are key to home scents. It’s such a fantastic way to spruce up the bedding and also creates a mist in the bedroom which leaves it smelling lovely and matching perfectly with the living room. I spray this in the morning after I get up and the scent is still there by bed time.  The spray always puts me in a good mood before setting out for the day ahead.
