Honest Burgers

I am definitely going to have to edit my Top 5 Burgers in London post after my recent trip to Honest Burgers yesterday in Kings Cross. We were feeling like a lunchtime treat so a burger was definitely on the cards and what better than to try out somewhere I’d never been before.

Inside Honest Burgers it has quite a big area with booth seats and also wooden bench tables, lots of light comes in through the wide windows and the bar lines up the front area as you walk in, where you can have a wine, cider, beer or special cocktail with your burger.

My eyes were drawn to the flowchart of chicken, beef and veggies on the wall, as I skimmed quickly to decide what I wanted, I had no idea so turned myself to the actual paper menu. I decided upon the Tribute burger which was Beef, Bacon, American cheese, Burger Sauce, French Mustard,Pickles, Onion and Lettuce. Each burger comes served with fries covered in rosemary salt which are super addictive and so tasty. I was really impressed with my burger, it was full of flavour, the meat was perfectly cooked just right and I washed it all done with a standard Coca-Cola.

Danny chose the Honest Burger packed with Beef, Red Onion Relish, Smoked Bacon, Mature Cheddar, Pickled Cucumber and Lettuce, apparently it was ‘juicy meaty goodness’.

This March Honest are launching the Brew Burger with Brewdog, the burger itself is soaked in so much ale you need to be over 18 to buy it! It also comes with a Baby Ale bottle named Bourbon Baby to complement the unique taste of the burger. It launches in branches March 2nd so check it out. I’m not a fan of beer myself so I’ll wait for the girly cocktail version!

Honest Burgers have various branches in Soho, Camden, Brixton and Portobello Road as well as the one at Kings Cross so there is no reason not to venture and satisfy your burger buds.
