Philips Lumea Prestige SC2009 Review

For the past 8 weeks I’ve been testing out the Philips Lumea Prestige Sc2009 IPL hair removal device. In the past I have tested out quite a few IPL devices from various brands and even Philips themselves, but never really been that satisfied with them. However with the new Philips Lumea Prestige I am really happyΒ with the product and the results from it. You can really tell that Philips have upped their game with the Lumea’s since they first came out.

One of my first ever YouTube videos was a review of the more basic Lumea model from Philips, this video as you can tell was one of my very first videos, queue wonky camera angles and dodgy focus and I cringe everytime I watch it. However this video was and still is one of my most watched videos and from it I can see not only are people wanting to see a review of the Philips Lumea, but from the questions they want to know if it works, will it work on them and what is IPL hair removal?

The Philips Lumea is an expensive purchase and so for my review of the Philips Lumea Prestige, I wanted not only to give my views on the product itself and show you how to use it, but also provide more background knowledge on IPL and how it may or may not work for you so you have all the information to hopefully decide if it it’s something you would want to invest in.

I hope you enjoy the video and any questions about IPL or Philips Lumea do let me know. Also remember to subscribe to my YouTube channel for a new video each week.

Hmm interesting! I hope it works. I found myself spend a lot of money going to about 20 IPL treatment sessions about 2 years ago and I still have hair on my legs! haha Definitely less hair, but it’s still there. It might be good to just buy a product like this and do however many sessions you need. πŸ˜€
