This year I really tried to up my YouTube game and I think it wasn’t till about April maybe that I realised the key to a YouTube channel is definitely to be consistent. I therefore started posting every week on a Sunday so everyone knew when a new video would be up. It’s definitely been challenging to try and do YouTube and the blog at the same time, for me the blog will always come first as it’s my first baby but I do love doing YouTube so much and love to share beauty, fashion and everything else in between. It seems you all love fashion hauls a-lot and even though I’m a small fish in the YouTube pond, my subscribers are now steadily increasing which gives me great encouragement to keep going with it next year.

I am overwhelmed this video reached over 40k views and growing. I was on my way back from a weekend trip to Paris when I saw the video had 20k views! To which I later discovered it had gone viral on Buzzfeed and The Metro amongst others. It seems you all love hair videos and this how to, is simple, quick and on trend.
2. L’Oreal Steampod 2.0 Review | Current Views 11,746
Hair is definitely a big trend, going by this top 5 list, plus product reviews you all seem to love too. This year I was also lucky enough to do hair tutorials for All Things Hair, Unilever’s hair channel where Zoella and Tanya Burr regularly star.

I was sent Contour Cosmetics Palette which is a real pro contour palette, I tried it out for the second time in this video and was impressed with the results. The palette went on to be a very popular seller, so I think that’s what made this video really popular.
