Party Ready With Topshop

The festive season is definitely a time to let your hair down (or up as the case may be), get dressed up, use any excuse for glitter and just have a pretty good time. I came down with a stomach flu last week, so have not had much of a chance to celebrate as much as I would like on the lead up to Christmas, but now I am feeling better I definitely plan to enjoy the festive season as much as possible.

I’ve teamed up with Topshop for this post, who decked me out in a party season outfit. I’ve chosen a golden theme, with a gold metallic bodycon dress, gold clutch and shoes and a fur jacket to make sure I keep warm, although the weather right now is frankly not that cold, but I think it looks fabulous none the less.

What do you keep in your clutch bag? I always find it so hard to fit everything in, so this metallic gold clutch was a winner for me, as it’s slightly bigger than your usual.  I just find it so difficult with a tiny bag as I always have a million and one things I need to take with me. I also loved the tassel detailing on the clutch bag too.

This faux fur coat is so snug and I haven’t stopped wearing it, it is a great colour to go with most things and surprisingly doesn’t get dirty which I always worry about with a white or pale coloured coat.
