I first tried this product from Kiehl’s way back at the beginning of last year, I came across a sample sachet and thought I’d give it a try one morning. I instantly thought it worked after one use, which I don’t know about you but when I get a new product I’m always a bit convinced it does. So I was a bit skeptical at first, but really thought I had seen a difference. Fast forward to the very end of last year when I picked up a few more sachets and decided to try it out over a week and boy was I impressed. I am so annoyed with myself I didn’t buy this sooner!
Kiehl’s Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate is as you would imagine to decrease the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Now that I’ve hit 30, I couldn’t think of a better time to start using this. For me I have/had two prominent I guess frown lines on my forehead which always bother me. I started applying this cream to various areas of my face but really concentrated on this part, within a few days and I mean honestly a few days, they were pretty much gone. They are significantly reduced if in fact there at all now. I am so super impressed and felt quite satisfied that I wasn’t imagining things the first time I used this product.
It is packed with 10.5% Pure Vitamin C which is known for its anti-ageing abilities. It promises to visibly reduce lines and wrinkles from brow, forehead, marionette and lip lines but also improve skin’s texture and appearance of pores. I have been mainly focusing on my forehead but also applying it sort of all over when I’m feeling old. It is a light-medium cream texture and also has a warm sensation when you apply it, so don’t be alarmed about this. You can cleanse as normal, then apply the concentrate and afterwards apply your regular moisturiser. I have been using it morning and evening and it makes a really lovely make-up base, it doesn’t make the foundation slip all over the place, just offers a perfect line filled canvas!
For £49.00 for 50ml it’s a bit pricey, but I am so glad to have invested and to have seen it working straight away. I am looking forward to continuous use after seeing such quick results.
