Kate Moss For Topshop Edit

April 30, 2014

I battled against the tube strike today and headed into town to attend a couple of AW14 press days. Which is weird in itself as it was so lovely and warm in London today, so it feels weird looking at fur coats and jumpers again. I also popped into Topshop to get a look at the new Kate Moss collection which launched today, it’s always good to see it up close rather than just online as you really get a feel for it and also as it was the Oxford Street store they had the whole lot including some 1 of 500 Limited Edition pieces which were gorgeous!

I really like this collection from Kate, I feel the majority of the pieces are more for evening than day, there is a lot of sequin, embellishment and stunning dresses. Which I think if I was going to invest in any it would be these, although not sure my budget stretches for a £600 dress! The more casual pieces have a very festival vibe with the fringe leather jackets and paisley print trousers, not to mention the tassel feather blouse.

Here are my favourite pieces from the collection that I saw today, top of my list is the yellow dress, I just adore it!

I really wanted to LOVE this collection (my Pansy dress is still my favourite thing in my wardrobe!) but I agree- there was so much evening wear!
