It’s not an unfamiliar sight at home for me to be in my loungewear, with a face mask or two on and covered head to toe in body lotion. I absolutely love a home pamper, give me a night in with a hot bubble bath and beauty treats any day. So, when Ted Baker The Porcelain Rose Garden Collection arrived on my doorstep, I knew this was going to be the ultimate pampering gift – to myself.
The Ted Baker Christmas Gifts Collection is beautiful this year. The packaging has a vintage glamour feel with a floral fantasy design and of course everything is a lovely delicate pink colour. I mean when it matches your pyjamas exactly, you know it’s goals. The Porcelain Rose Garden Collection comes with two boxes filled with nine bathing treats, perfect for a night in and some much-needed ‘me-time’.
Inside the first box you will find two 50ml Bubble Baths in Pretty Pearl and Blush Pink and they both smell amazing. I can’t think of having a bath without bubble bath, in fact I don’t even know when I last did. Once you’re in the bath you will find three Body Washes in the larger box, a Blush Pink 300ml, a Pretty Petal 300ml and an Opulent Pearl Shimmer Body Wash 200ml, which was my favourite. I loved the shimmer throughout, it was like getting ready for a night out but then washing it off and laughing to myself because I was so happy I was staying in. Anyone else love it when your plans get cancelled because all you want to do is stay in and watch Stranger Things?
The Opulent Pearl fragrance has a woody-floral scent but also citrus and green notes of apple, violet and orange blossom. Whilst combining base notes of silky vanilla, deep patchouli, spicy black pepper and just a hint of clove. It just smells exotic and amazing and will fill your bathroom with a beguiling scent.
In the smaller box, you will also find a Pink Face Cloth which feels lovely and soft and two 250ml Body Washes. I adore the design of these bottles, they have such a vintage glamour feel and I love the floral print just on the sides. The Body Lotion comes in two fragrances, Blush Pink is a soft floral fragrance with notes of mandarin, mango and grapefruit but has a musk like base note. It is subtle and I preferred this of the two. Pretty Pearl is more of a fruity-floral with touches of rose petals and warm sandalwood. They both smell lovely and soak-in quickly, which is perfect for applying before bed to help relax.
Lastly in the large box you will find your Eye Mask, which is pink, floral and scented, what more could you need for a pamper night in?
