It’s January and everyone seems to be on a health kick and hitting the gym, eating healthy and some of us are even doing Dry January. However if all of the above isn’t for you, myself included, then why not look after yourself this January by starting with your skin.
TULA skincare is the perfect way to start a new year and with a new outlook on your skin. Does your skin look tired, dry, have redness, just generally not playing ball? Well it could all be down to the lifestyle you lead. TULA skincare was created by Dr Raj and she uses the science that probiotics not only in your body, but applied topically can benefit your skin. She combines ingredients like Vitamin A (retinol) and Vitamin C with probiotics for healthy skin.
Probiotics are the foundation to all TULA skincare products. If you aren’t familiar with probiotics they are the good bacteria that is best known to help balance and calm your stomach, just think of all those yoghurt adverts. Probiotics are said to help improve your skins natural balance, hydration and also encourage it to be more resistant. TULA skincare products are also cruelty free and free from phthalates, parabens, petrolatum, gluten, and mineral oil.
What a better way to start a new skincare regime?
I’ve teamed up with QVC and TULA to offer one lucky reader an exclusive hamper of TULA skincare goodies, worth over £300! Which includes the newly launched addition to the UK, the Resurfacing Gel.

January 18, 2018 at 18:36I want to take care of my skin… I mean I have done in the past but not in a regimented way. So I’ve been scouring the internet for reviews and advice on what I should be doing and using. And so far so good. I have dry skin but it’s slowly starting to improve 🙂

January 18, 2018 at 22:41My skincare resolution is to go a little easier… I got a bit carried away with acids and exfoliating at one point, there’s no real ‘damage’ as such, but I know I went overboard and didn’t need to do so much! And as a side note, I know it’s not technically skin care but a good beauty habit I want to get into is nail cream! I want my nails to stop breaking!!

January 19, 2018 at 22:36Hi thank you Paula yes I do exfoliate gently most days, I have mature skin I do need all the help I can get. I appreciate your advise any product recommendations would be great
Paula
January 19, 2018 at 22:41Sure would love to try to help! What products are you using at the moment?
LyndaJ213
January 20, 2018 at 10:27L’ORÉAL & Nivea , I have mature skin but a very oily T zone so although I want to pamper my skin with some nice rich moisturizer I know if I do I will get a break out. My routine is vitamin c serum, L’ORÉAL firming serum and then just a little Nivea cream. Nothing at night, which I know is wrong but just before Xmas I was getting a new spot every day, still have some scarring but it is fading. Sorry it’s a bit of a long story
Paula
January 20, 2018 at 19:48I’d recommend adding in a glycolic product if you don’t use one already? Use it once a week at first to build up to maybe twice a week as it can be quite strong, great for getting rid of excess oil and smoothing skin and keeping spots at bay. If a peel/mask type product isn’t your thing then a great cleanser is the Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, which has glycolic in it. Hope that helps any! x
LyndaJ213
