Mighty Purse With Built-In Phone Charger!

Whenever I am out and about and my phone battery runs out, this pretty much sums up how I feel…

It’s a disaster, no Instagram, no Twitter and for a blogger that’s well, a nightmare. Especially if I am at an event! So when I heard about the Mighty Purse by Handbag Butler, a purse that charges up your phone for these exact situations, I couldn’t wait to try it out. You might have seen me feature the Mighty Purse in my Christmas Gift Guide before Christmas, so I thought it would be a good idea to give you a closer look and show you why it is so awesome!

The purse can be used as a clutch bag for a night out or more conveniently as a purse which fits neatly into your other bag. It comes in loads of different colours including black, gold, red, green and purple which you can see here. What I love about the Mighty Purse is that it is made from leather so gives it a really lovely luxury feel. This luxury leather purse with built-in phone charger should be in every girl’s bag, no more trying to make room for a bulky charger with the Mighty Purse around.

So how does it work?

Mighty Purse has a built-in phone charger which is compatible with all iPhones, Blackberry, Samsung Galaxy, Android, eReaders and any phone with a micro-USM connection. The charger is tucked away in the compartments and the USB port which is used to charge up the bag is also hidden away in the middle compartment with a zip.

All you need to do is charge the bag up using the USB port, so you can either use it with a laptop etc or the plug you use to charge your phone, for me it’s an iPhone so this was really easy to do. Inside the charger displays three blue dots to show it charging and also how much is left/needs to be charged when plugged in.

When you are out and about and your battery dies all you need to do is connect your phone to the other cable and plug it in. Again you will see the three blue dots as your phone charges. I found this really useful as I can simply pop it back in my bag whilst my phone charges, no hanging around a random plug in a random building panicking that some stranger will steal my phone (or is that just me!?)

I really like the design of the Mighty Purse it looks really good and also the handle is detachable so it can be more of a purse or more of a clutch bag, it’s up to you. Inside there is plenty of room for money, keys and make-up, plus a section for cards built-in, which is nice and handy.

The purse itself is quite pricey at £79.95 but I guess you will get a lot of use out of it and it potentially is a life-saver! I totally can’t live without my phone, sad I know, but this comes in so handy, especially on a night out, when my phone decides to go to sleep after posting a couple of pictures!
