Let’s Get Dirty

The outside of Dirty Burger in Kentish Town looks remarkably like that of what you would find down the back of a garden. It’s tin shed exterior is enough to put you off even entering as it really doesn’t look like they could be cooking up a feast or none the less part of the Soho House group. But alas it is both.

Now before I go on I will stop you right there, you MUST go to Dirty Burger, it is the best burger you will ever have. Right now that’s out the way I’ll continue.

After sampling Dirty Burger at Soho House on New Years Eve I had to head to the tin shed to see if it really was the best burger I had ever had, or I was just really drunk – we all know everything tastes good then!

The menu at Dirty Burger is simple; Breakfast till 11am consisting of Bacon & Egg or Sausage & Egg, then burgers served till 1am including the Cheeseburger and the newly Dirty Pig Burger. Sides are also an easy choice, Crinkle Fries or Onion Fries and drinks are a selection of Beers/Ciders, softs or shakes.

Inside DB is very small, but a friendly happy little place it is, with people congregating on the main table reading the newspapers of the day.  The surroundings include a cupboard full of drinks to help yourself. Tea, coffee and water and also a handy little basin to wash your hands. Oh with Cowhshed hand wash, good choice guys!

We ordered and within under 10 minutes our food was ready. We delved into our cheeseburger, pig burger (bacon and cheese) and fries. Onion fries are just like onion rings but BETTER and so tasty. Beware the below photos are ultimate food porn.

The burgers lived up to their expectations and really were amazing, so juicy and perfectly cooked, with flavours that leave you salivating.
