I would suggest the MET rooftop bar which I like better than the 203 rooftop bar you have mentioned, best time to go : at sunset! I just moved to New York and I must book an appointment to make my own lipstick at the Bite Lip Lab. I am actually working for an events company that lists many events related to crafts/ hobbies where I can design my own things, I love going to these.
