Olumpus Impressions – Naturally Nocturnal

Olympus Impressions Naturally Nocturnal

Last week I was invited along to an evening of photography in partnership with Olympus cameras and photographer R.Cleveland Aaron at the Brick lane Gallery in East London. The evening was a hands-on event where we could have a good old play with some of the amazing cameras, pick up a few tips from Cleveland and also enjoy a few tipples and nibbles with fellow bloggers. If that wasn’t enough there was also music on hand from underground music artist J.J Bull to serenade us with his guitar.

The photography for the night was based around the theme Naturally Nocturnal so it was all about the dark and of course the light. I don’t have a DSLR camera so when confronted with one and about ten different lenses, it can be a bit scary, but I got the hang of it and Cleveland gave me some great tips on how to work the light with the models that were there for us to photograph. His work surrounded the gallery, it was pretty awesome, he has worked with many celebrities and has even photographed Mick Jagger. So off I went pointing the camera at the stunning girl and guy model who can only be described as R-Patz brother from another mother.

I had a great evening and here are some of my favourite photos I took on the night, I think I did ok?
